Commodore's Club is a planned community of 265 homesites located on Anastasia Island, one mile from the beach, in St. John's County, Florida. Each home owner is a member of the Commodore's Club Homeowners' Association, Inc. (CCHOA), a Florida Non-Profit Corporation. The Association provides for maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the lots and common property. Currently there is a quarterly assessment of $140 for each homeowner to provide for the expenses of the Association.

The common property includes a 30' x 50' swimming pool, pavilion with summer kitchen and rest rooms, tennis court, playground, basketball court, a 3.9 acre open recreational area, six lakes with fountains, wood privacy fencing along a portion of it's boundary, and eight asphalt paved roads.
